We are so thrilled that you will be joining us! For your convenience, we have a special room block reserved at the King &amp; Prince Beach &amp; Golf Resort. Please keep in mind that all transportation to and from the wedding weekend events will depart from this location. Not interested in a hotel? Airbnb and VRBO rentals are all over the island! We encourage you to make a weekend out of it and enjoy your stay.

We have set up complimentary trolley rides to and from the Welcome Party. There is limited parking near the welcome party venue. You may leave your car at the King &amp; Prince Beach &amp; Golf Resort with shuttles provided to and from the venue. The trolley will run continuously beginning at 7 pm and run throughout the evening.

Saturday

We have set up shuttles to and from the Wedding Ceremony/Reception. There is no on-site parking allowed at Forbes Farm, the wedding venue. You may leave your car at the King &amp; Prince Beach &amp; Golf Resort with shuttles provided to and from the venue. The shuttles will run continuously throughout the evening.

Shuttles will be making loops beginning at 4:30 pm.

Due to a delay in postal service, we have extended our RSVP deadline. Please let us know if you are able to celebrate with us!

Children

While we love your kids, we are asking for no children to attend the wedding unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this is a much-deserved night off for parents.

Can I bring a guest?

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding initiation. If you received a plus one, it will appear on your invite.

What does Formal Attire mean?

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! For this formal event we encourage men to wear a well-fitted dark suit in navy, charcoal gray, or black, though a tuxedo is also appropriate. For ladies, floor-length gowns, ankle-length dresses, or sophisticated, high-end midi/cocktail dresses.

Can I take Pictures?

We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share the photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you would like!
